Baked by Safaa started in my home kitchen, where I loved baking tres leches cakes for family and friends who couldn't stop asking for more. What began as a weekend tradition quickly grew into something I truly love sharing with others.

For me, baking has never been just about making desserts. I genuinely love creating something from scratch and seeing it become part of someone's celebration, family gathering, or even an ordinary day that deserves something sweet. Every order is made with the same care and attention I'd give if I were baking for my own family.

That's why every cake is prepared over two days. On the first day, it's baked fresh and soaked in my signature three-milk mixture, then left to rest overnight so every bite is perfectly soft and full of flavor. The next day, it's finished with freshly whipped cream and your choice of toppings before making its way to you.
